As the days fly by, I'm astonished to discover how much my tiny little apartment now feels like home. While many things in Japan are still very novel and fascinating, I've completely settled down in my little place.
I've also grown quite attached to my little neighbourhood. Despite the fact that I'm not in a massive city, there are tons of shops (video rental, bookstore, drug stores, gift/omiyage shops) suupaa's (grocery stores), bakeries, etc. all within walking distance. I love where I live!

Anyway, I decided to do a feature of pieces that I think portray some concept of "home". As the English-speaking Japanese like to say, "Let's enjoy!"
